Shipping policy
At More Seen, we are committed to shipping your orders quickly and providing you with a pleasant shopping experience. This shipping policy gives you an overview of available shipping options, times and associated charges.
1. Order processing
All orders are processed within 3-10 working days of receipt of payment. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day. We do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but delays may occur during periods of high demand.
2. Shipping options
We offer a range of shipping options to best suit your needs. The options available are:
- Standard shipping (3-5 working days): Fixed rate or calculated according to destination and shipping method (home delivery or point-relais).
- Express shipping (1-2 working days): Higher rate, only available for certain regions (Belgium only).
- Collection by hand: For customers located in our service area, collection by hand may be a free option. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of payment according to the option chosen and the delivery address.

- Italy

- Netherlands
- Poland
- Portugal
If you wish to ship to a country not listed above, please contact us directly to check whether we can deliver to you.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are based on the destination and delivery method chosen. You will see the exact shipping costs before finalising your order.
- Standard shipping: Prices start at €3.64
- Express shipping: Prices start at €5.15
5. Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking number. You will be able to track the status of your shipment in real time.
6. Shipping delays
We make every effort to dispatch your order within the times indicated, but delays may occur due to unforeseen conditions, such as weather, strikes or events beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
7. Shipping problems
If you have a problem with your shipment, such as a lost or damaged parcel, please contact us immediately at moreseen@outlook.com. We will do our best to resolve the situation quickly.
8. International shipments
For international orders, customs charges or taxes may be applied by the destination country. These charges are payable by the customer. We cannot estimate these charges in advance and advise you to check with local customs authorities for details.
