Are the clothes ethical and sustainable?
Yes! Our t-shirts and hoodies are made by Stanley/Stella, a brand renowned for its commitment to responsible fashion. The garments are designed in Belgium and manufactured in certified partner workshops in Bangladesh, under ethical and respectful working conditions.

Comment choisir la bonne taille de vêtement ?
All products are unisex, so please refer to the size guide. As a general rule, we advise you to take one size smaller than your usual size. However, the safest thing to do is to take a ruler and measure the dimensions of a hoodie/t-shirt that fits you well, and look at the guide above to make your choice.
How can I keep my garment for longer?
The garments are flocked with a hot press. To extend the life of your garments, we strongly recommend that you wash them inside out at 30° and iron them inside out as well.
Note: The garment is not suitable for tumble drying.

What are the production and delivery times?
As all garments are handmade, production times vary depending on the number of orders received. Generally, allow 3-10 working days for production.
For delivery times, this depends on the carrier you choose:
- Bpost: 1-2 working days
- Mondial Relay: 3-5 working days
You will receive your tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
As a general rule, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order once it has been placed. However, you can always contact me to find out whether production has already started, and if so, you can amend or cancel it if this is not the case.
Can I return or exchange an item?
As each item is unique and tailor-made, it is not possible to return or exchange an item. It is your responsibility to ensure that the size you have ordered corresponds to your body type, as a size guide is available.
The only valid reason for an exchange/refund is in the event of a major manufacturing defect or an error due to mishandling on our part (for example, an incorrect design or the wrong size).
